The client plans to measure the holistic service availability of 6 data products. Furthermore, the service availability is to be presented transparently to the target group in a Splunk dashboard. One goal of the project is to develop best practices regarding the measurement and collection of end2end service availability in order to be able to apply them directly to upcoming new products.

The goal is to develop an MVP dashboard to visualise the defined KPIs in Splunk.

#Activities
Dashboard conception
- Recording of customer requirements
- Data preparation & calculation of KPIs
- Realisation of the defined technical and functional dashboard requirements through implementation in Splunk.
- Piloting of the dashboard and incorporation of user feedback (max. 1 feedback loop).

#Must-haves
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Experience in gathering customer requirements
- Experience in data preparation / SQL knowledge
- At least 3 years of project experience implementing analytics solutions in Splunk
