IT Process & Strategy Consultant PMO (m/w/d) ID34271
Duration: October 2021 – December 2021
Volume: Remote 240 hrs / Onsite 80 hrs / Travel time 20 hrs
Project location: Essen / remote
Task description:
- Refining the existing IT service governance forum to facilitate service performance dialogue within IT Service Management environment
- Documenting and analyzing business needs for process and service KPIs based on IT Service Management environment
- Defining and implementing a data reporting framework to support decision making
- Synthesizing conclusions and recommendations to senior stakeholders for decision making
•Putting the customer experience and user at the center of ITSM framework
•Identifying and constructing an innovative approach of steering services in a SIAM framework
•Assessment of the as-is and identifying gaps and improvement areas for ITSM processes
•Define process ITSM process KPI and methodology of measuring
•Define a service-oriented governance with the appropriate KPIs and measuring methodology
Fach Skills:
- Minimum ITILv3 certified with understanding in establishing ITSM environments
- Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven experience of improving ITSM or SIAM implementation in large organisation
- Analytical skills and ability to work with data from Service Now, PowerBI, Qliksense
- Proven experience in presentation skills and communication with very senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinker while keeping an operational and pragmatic mindset
- Business fluent in English
Soft Skills:
- Proven experience of improving ITSM or SIAM implementation in large organisation
- Analytical skills and ability to work with data from Service Now, PowerBI, Qliksense
- Proven experience in presentation skills and communication with very senior stakeholders
