Job Description

The project manager will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of DRESS-Rehearsal test environment setup for Accounts + Payments (ZVKK) to the agreed time, costs and quality parameters within agreed scope. The role will encompass the full spectrum of project management activities including planning, budgeting, project governance activities and managing the delivery of the projects. The project manager will hold the responsibility for end-to-end delivery of the agreed scope collaborating
Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement the Bank's program and project management frameworks and methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to delivery is taken across the portfolio using appropriate management tools, processes and practices
- Ensure with the cross-functional team the efficient delivery of Accounts + Payments on DRESS Test environment.
- Coordinate the tobe defined result types with the business and IT side.
- Enable close collaboration between all members of the team.
- Develop with the team & stakeholders the approach for setting up Accounts + Payments on DRESS.
- Support the team by identifying & removing impediments.
- Align processes with the organization & support other team in their journey to delivery.
- Schedule meetings with representatives and experts of Accounts + Payments and TEM.
- Prepare and moderate independently the topics falling within his area of responsibility.
- Assist with control/gates and ensure that all project milestones are delivered on time, within the defined scope and budget and to the full satisfaction of the client
- Escalation management and issue resolution relating to the delivery scope and manage project status updates in the tracking tool with all reporting requirements
Skills:
- Extensive experience in leading projects to successful conclusions.
- Experience in in a management role with P&L accountability
- Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry.
- Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Experienced in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members and undertaking upward communication to senior management.
- Appropriate Technology Infrastructure domain expertise.
- A strong delivery focus adhering to consistent project standards
- Experience or knowledge of delivering projects in a Private Banking environment.
- Experience of working with teams in multiple locations.
- Proven negotiation, problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of project management tools, standards and principles.
