Very good knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Network (TCP/IP), Windows (preferred Active Directory), Linux, Webserver technologies, script development.
Very good knowledge of VMware virtualization products, especially vCloudDirector, vCenter, vRops or vCF.
Experience with Jira
