Security Clearance (Preferred level):• “Sabotageschutz level2 (SÜG-2)” on federal level AND/OR “G10 level 1 (SÜG-1)”.
• Must have EU passport. Alternatively, a non-EU passport holder should have a residency permit in a EU country and should be resident in a EU country continuously for the last 5 years.
• In case the candidate does not have any security clearance, then the candidate should be willing to apply for it.
Objective requirements (degree, technical skills, technical knowledge, experience, language skills) related to the job
Required:
• Degrees: University or College degree
• Experience in OSS Service Assurance, Customer Experience Management, Network Management, System Integration and Testing of Wireless Networks.
• Experience in Fault & Performance management domains. Having experience in IBM Netcool product or any similar Service Fault management systems.
• Good knowledge on interface like SNMP, Syslog, JMS, API
• Performance management or any other similar Performance management tool.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Unix/Linux with experinece on Shell/Perl scripting.
• 2+ years of Application Support/Operations Analyst in maintaining Service Assurance applciations.
• Experience of working with Multi culture and Geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills. Should be comfortable in communicating the problem statemnet to the end users.
• Should be resilient to handle challenges in the project and have good stress management skills.
Good to Have:
• Any indursty wide accepted certification in Service Assurance telecom domain.
• Understanding of the IMS technology, knowledge of SS7 and ISDN PRI/ SIP Trunking
• Knowledge of VLAN, VPN, Metro Ethernet and networking concept is required
• Coding experience with C++, Java, Python
• Experience of working with larger teams ( 40 + FTE ) and being part of large and complex projects
