Liebes Netzwerk,aktuell bin ich für meinen Kunden, ein internationales Unternehmen aus dem Bereich der Zahlungsdienstleistung, auf der Suche nach einem Senior SWIFT Application Support Engineer.
Konkret geht es um folgende Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
• The configuration, maintenance, and daily operations of the Service Bureau’s SWIFT messaging interface application, Intercope BOX;
• Providing customer support and project technical consulting for existing and new customers including new client project implementation working in close conjunction with customers;
• As a SWIFT expert, provide support on SWIFT product management, services and infrastructure strategy evolution, support SWIFT related business opportunities, and assist with regulatory or compliancy related requirements;
• Provide on-call customer support and standby duties, including to support occasional system tests or technical migration related activities;
• Maintain the operational excellence of the Service Bureau to ensure service availability, quality of service, and total client satisfaction.
Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
• Experience with and knowledge of SWIFT and SWIFT software messaging applications, in particular Intercope BOX, gained in an operational hands-on function;
• Experience in electronic payments and messaging including high value payment systems gained at a large bank, payment system or equivalent payments company;
• Experience in application development and scripting, and expert knowledge of Windows and Linux systems;
• Process orientated and able to document processes;
• Very good language level in English. German is an advantage.
