• Responsible for the definition, implementation and maintenance of the L3 software (E-Gas technical security concept, protection of the microcontroller and its peripherals) in close cooperation with colleagues from other locations within the Electronic Controls division, in accordance with the ISO / IEC 15504, ISO 26262 process
• Responsible for the definition, implementation and maintenance of safety-critical extensions for the drive train domain in close cooperation with the Functional Safety Managers (FSM) and the projects, according to the ISO / IEC 15504 and ISO 26262 process
• Integration and configuration of the L3 software or the security-critical extensions in a platform / customer project according to the internal / customer requirements.
• Execution of quality assurance tasks to prepare the road approval of self-developed software parts

• Completed engineering or natural science degree with a focus on computer science, electrical engineering or comparable
• Experience with embedded software development in the automotive sector (preferably gearboxes) according to ISO / IEC15504 (Automotive SPICE)
• Experience with AUTOSAR and in software development for safety-critical products according to ISO 26262
• Knowledge of control unit hardware design and software development in C and UML
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Independent and self-coordinated work
