Maximaler EK remote: 66€/h. Die geplante Aufteilung der Stunden ist wie genannt, kann aber abweichen.
Aufgabe:
• We are currently enabling Salesforce Marketing Cloud as future campaign management system. The system shall be offerd to campaign managers as a self service tool to set up campaigns independently. Our solution is customized, has an own data model and contains features like contact history, custom activity to export target groups to external Lettershop partners and so on.
• We are looking for a Business Analyst that supports the PO in writing User Stories and adding technical details for additional features
• You will accompany the developers during the sprint, answer questions and help documenting when the sprint is finished
• Support the developers to build up a E2E regression test with synthetical test data sentences
Soft-Skills:
• Good communication skills in German and English and ability to connect with people
• You will be supported by the whole team and receive a great onboarding!
Fach-Skills:
• Experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment with technical background
• Good technical understanding in the work with SQL and database required
• Knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & DWH preferred
• Experience in creating test cases and setting up regression tests preferred
• It is a plus if you also have worked with web apps on Azure and know about Cloud pages
