Role: Business Analyst
Language- German and English
Skills: Skill : Business analyst, BI and CRM.
Duration : 6 months ( extendable or Contract-2-Hire )
Location : Munich. Remote option is possible
Main Tasks:
? Responsible for the analysis, structuring, documentation and coordination of
technical requirements (data integration as well as technical requirements around
KPIs, features and flags as well as the mapping of logics)
? Responsibility for defining and specifying requirements and creating user stories
based on the epics of the product owner
? Complex technical requirement analysis, process modeling, technical data flows and
business intelligence architecture
? Development, evaluation and coordination of suitable technical solution and
implementation scenarios. Basically evaluation of the requirements in terms of cost-Sensitivity: Internal & Restricted
effectiveness, feasibility and feasibility, taking into account the current system
architecture
? Obtaining and generating test data
? Analysis of changes in the primary systems to identify completed, ongoing and / or
planned developments. Documentation and communication in the team
? Support of the DWH developer as a sparing partner during the implementation until
the go live
Required Skills:
? Very good know-how of transactional systems (billing, CRM)
? Very good know-how of BI-systems (DWH) as well as solution design in a BI
environment
? Detailed-oriented, structured, with pronounced analytical skills
? Ability to formulate understandable user stories from a large amount of data and
information
? very good communication skills
? very good English and German language skills
? Experience in business process modeling and PMO is desirable
