As a Data Developer, you will optimise databases, integrate various sources and ensure that feeds are accurate.You will model data for reports both internally and externally to enable data and marketing insight.
This is a varied role where you will get to gain end-to-end experience in the software and data lifecycle.
Skills Required
Hands on Technical experience of Enterprise BI and ETL Tools i.e. Business Objects [IDT, Crystal, Webi], SAP BODS, ODI, PL/SQL], Data Warehousing
Proven experience in the principles of Infrastructure and data warehouse (DWH) design, dimensional, relational modelling and BI delivery using Enterprise ETL and BI software
Knowledge of DevOps/ DataOps methods in development of data solutions
Understanding and awareness of Data Cleansing, Data Quality and Data
Governance tools and methods
Experience creating data solutions to support BI technologies i.e. Business Objects, Tableau
Understanding of data stores and flow of data across systems and within BI solutions from inception through to output
