JOB DESCRIPTION:Managing IBM Domino mail servers & Application servers.
Upgrade & Patch for IBM Lotus Domino, Sametime, proof point and Traveler server.
Migrating lotus notes users & mail data from IBM Domino to Exchange Office 365.Troubleshooting of server mail routing issue after migration.
Monitor server status, troubleshooting issues with client connectivity, response time, server performance, backup/restore, and disaster recovery planning and testing.
Managing SPAM control and Virus Control in proof point
Responsible for administering and troubleshooting problems arising in server, database replication, mail routing, messaging, policies, calendar etc.
Attending business meetings for requirement gathering and other discussions
Incident handling as per SLA
