Dear Freelancer,We are looking for a Devops/ Build Engineer to support our client with Gitlab pipelines, CI/CD, Kubernetes and Ansible.
In this role, you will support the client's Application Lifecycle Management Team (develop an internal tool for every team in the company).
In this context…
• a requirements analysis for the software delivery has to be done
• you have to evaluate questions like: what happens in Gitlab with the code?
• Artifacts are tested and delivered to the different environments (Cloud, Edges, Openshift)
• The development team needs support if a script does not run through, what's wrong with the script?
• Futher tasks: Code reviews, create new concepts e.g. for versioning, container scanning and evaluations, make recommendations, …
Skills relevant for this task include:
- Gitlab
- continuous integration
- continuous delivery
- CI/CD
- Kubernetes
- Ansible
Nice to Have:
- whitesource (It-Security software)
- Artifactory
The client’s work environment is characterized by using top-notch technologies like Linux Flatcar, ContainerOS, CoreOS, RancherOS.
The position is 100% remote and scheduled for a minimum of 6 months.
