Technical skills (Required - Mandatory) Has implementation experience and certification on Servity ( Service Management tool )
Has knowledge on Java , UI scripting ; customization
Technical skills (Required - Nice to have) Service Now Implementation experience with best practices - ITIL V3, ITIL V4 preferred
Language skills needed German
People skills Lead a team of 8-10 members
Soft skills • Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
• Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
• Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
• Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
• Experienced in running operations following ITIL processes.?
• Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
• Experience with leading a geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
• Cross functional Knowledge on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.
Area of responsibilities Skill Level
• Guide the development team members on Servity related aspects & implementation activities
• Work with process owners to understand the process requirements related to the capture of configuration data and develop technical specifications and solutions
• Work with systems managers to ensure that the Discovery tool has the appropriate access and permissions to capture configuration information
• Provide visibility to the performance and issues related to Servity
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects to understand IT technology strategy that guide which requirements need to be gathered
• Participate in Configuration Management meetings Expert
