1. Technical Stakeholder management
2. Validate Assumptions and highlight for any scope changes
3. Analysis of Lotus Notes Environment
4. Provide Recommendations to make the LN environment migration ready
5. Design Co-existence between LN to Exchange Online
6. Define mail mIgration Strategy
7. Revisit Design as per PrePilot migration Test findings if required
8. Obtain Sign-Off from client
Good knowledge on Directory sync services and Azure AD connect Perform basic administration activities in Office 365 including user mailbox DL Resource mailbox creations Troubleshooting L1 L2 outlook related issues for end users Mailbox Database and Public Folder Database Creation, Deletion, handling permission issues and managing replication Problem determination and resolution within SLAs with good analytical and problem solving abilities. Troubleshooting inbound and outbound queues, mail routine
