Aufgabenbeschreibung:
INTRO
Market Intelligence is responsible for sharing market knowledge internally by manipulating big datasets and multiple reports. Our next step is to create a very robust data infrastructure and well-optimized report workflow. The objective of this project is to enable new developments and current processes optimization to run flawless. The processes output must be delivered on time with accurate numbers and all processes are documented. The consultant is supposed to collaborate with Market Intelligence team on a weekly basis.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Data Management
Data Engineering
- Extract raw data from primary sources
- Create and improve data cleansing process
- Create and improve ETL process
- Generate output from ETL process
- Assess new data sources
- Provide an action plan with details of how to enhance existing sources
- Enhance current data sources by combining with other datasets
- Assess data categorization
- Develop and improve mapping files
- Develop and improve data glossary
- Improve data sharing process
- Validate data accuracy by comparing results from different sources
- Develop process for validate output from ETL process
- Guarantee data quality from ETL outputs
- Develop documentation from ETL processes
- Develop documentation from mapping files
- Develop documentation from data sharing process
Optimization/Management
- Improve backend from current reports
- Improve layout from current reports
- Generate final reports
- Develop backend for new reports
- Develop layout for new reports
- Develop documentation explaining report structure
- Develop documentation explaining how to generate the reports
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business Informatics or similar
- Advanced analytical skills and technical proficiency in tools such as Excel, Alteryx, experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or MicroStrategy) is a plus
- Professional efficiency in both spoken and written English
- 5 years of relevant experience handling and combining large datasets
- Experience in market or business intelligence
- Solid skills in Excel is required, being able to automate processes & calculations, optimizing process time and generate automated reports in Excel (output in PDF file)
- Understanding of processes, given the need to create documents with guides, process flow and “how to’s”

Remote share: 100 % Remote (post COVID 75% onsite)
