JD for Infor XPPS –Techno-Functional ( On-Shore )
• Must have 10+ years of exp. in Infor XPPS.
• Have worked on Infor XPPS 2.2, XPPS 3.0.
• Good functional understanding/experience with following modules- Logistics, Service, Warehouse. Manufacturing/Finance would be added advantage.
• AS/400 production support and good understanding of production support process.
• Service – Service call, Contract, Service Order
• Supporting XPPS user queries/issues across all XPPS modules.
• Preferred technical experience with AS400/ RPG, RPGLE development.
• Expertise in customization on all Tools components.
• Good Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in German and English.
• Analytical mind with excellent Data Collection and Analysis skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in Support process and procedures
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Willing to work in shifts
