Beschreibung

The Lead Business with 12+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience. The Business Analyst’s will plan, design, and support the launch of efficient business and operational systems core to any organizational functions. This includes gathering requirements and analyzing data in support of business cases, systems requirements and program/project planning. The Business Analyst will be also responsible for generating and compiling data based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems.
Responsibilities :
• Drive Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment with the external customer and their project team
• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Lead workshops and design thinking sessions in prototyping new applications for enhancing business processes and information process flow.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of application or system analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
• Deep understanding of customer’s systems to align with external drivers to identify replenishment opportunities with keen focus on promotional and item life cycle events
• Carry out research to justify recommendations and to support the IT efforts.
• Prepare and deliver recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas
• Create system design proposals.
• Ensure compatibility and interoperability of applications and programs
• Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and flow charts to provide direction to application programmers.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
• Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new application and systems.
• Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.

Technical Skills:
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, or products.
• Extensive practical knowledge in importing data and information for use in reporting software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
• Proven experience in the operation and analysis of hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience working in a SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Logical and efficient.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Working experience in retail, logistics and supply chain is much preferred
• Candidate with a formal education with a bachelor degree is much preferred
