Developer PROG (Programming / Software development)Tätigkeit: Role Description
The Asset Management & Metering Solutions CE IT team is looking for a Full Stack Frontend Developer in order to provide the Commercial Asset Management CE business partners with user interfaces which are tailormade to fit the business needs.
Objective / Purpose of role
Asset Management & Metering Solutions aims to maximise the value of its assets
– optimises and reports physical assets (asset management, optimizing maintenances, reporting on various different KPI`s)
- Complex and non-standard IT solutions reflecting the complexity of the business and the ambition being first in the market.
The purpose is to further develop and maintain code for the commercial asset management as well as for the optimization of power plant maintenances.
Competencies Required
Technical Skills
- An expert in Angular web development
- Experiences with TypeScript
- Use of continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Use of CSS
- Very good knowledge of implementing responsive design.
- With the ability to optimize existing UIs
- Experienced in Web Security
- Good knowledge of Testing (unit and integration)
- Experience in TDD
- Use of Clean Code Methods
- Experience in using Material UI
- You should strongly believe in Using design patterns
- Discussing architecture before implementing
- Code reviews and continuous code improvement
Business Knowledge & Processes
· Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and get up to speed with the applications that are required by the CAM CE Power business. Comprehend the interactions between these processes and applications.
· Streamlining of processes, increasing process transparency, reduction of complexity and design of user friendly UI`s that aim to reduce user workload.
Communication
· Excellent team player
· Use of collaboration and tracking tools (Confluence & Jira)
· Consulting with the CAM CE business during all developments and keeping the business up to date with progress.
· Determine the pros and cons of different alternatives through planning and discussion with the rest of the Embedded IT team
· Good level of written and spoken English
