- Experience working as a consultant leading an enterprise level agile transformation
- Experience /track record of successfully selling consulting services on behalf of self/ organization
- Masters level education
- Working experience in a multi cultural/multi national environment
- Understanding of tools used for continuous development, testing and integration
- Coach teams on effective execution of Scrum ceremonies through Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups.
- Coach teams on effective meeting facilitation: Creating agendas, driving to desired outcomes, root cause analysis.
- Coach teams on how decompose high level requirements (BGOs) into User Stories using techniques such as User Story Mapping.
- Influence: Scrum Teams and Product Owners. Fundamentals: Scrum, Project Inception, Meeting Facilitation, Lean and Kanban.
- Perform daily updates to business and IT leaders on team progress.
- Manage daily project deliverables and update rally/project plans.
- Coordinate with 3rd party teams on system needs, requirements, issue resolution and expedite solution implementation.
