SENIOR FULLSTACK DEVELOPER As a software engineer inside the System & Verification team you will take part of making sure that the software powering Volvo Groups products around the world is functioning correctly. The Continuous Delivery Platform-team is now seeking to extend its team with a Python Backend Developer. You will join a team of four other developers that create the platform with back- and frontend solutions. This is fairly new initiate where you have the possibility to influence the decisions that will be taken. Continuous delivery platform is a business intelligence system that enables the organization to get a full overview of how different products are evolving from build, test to release. The platform is designed to present data based on different roles in the organization in order to make decision making based on facts. Responsibilities and daily task includes: • Assist in breaking down the requirements and defining how the solution shall be implemented. • Implement backend services that can be communicated with over Rest API and/or event driven communication • Deploy the services and make sure that they operate as designed, debugging if needed Skills and experience: • Good knowledge of Python3 • Rest API Frameworks (e.g. Falcon) • SQL Databases • Working with SQL ORM (e.g. SQLAlchemy for Python) • Understanding of networking and network sockets. • Understanding of Multi- threaded / Multi- processing software. • Working in Linux- environment. • Docker experience • NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) • Data streaming services (eg ZeroMQ, RabbitMQ) • Micro Service Architecture. • Data Science • Frontend knowledge(TypeScript & VueJS) Background: We expect the consultant to have at least 2-4 years of experience in Software Engineering with relevant background. Be a team player that is social and self- driven. You should have proven experience In Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment. And it is meriting if you have SaFe(Scaled Agile Framework) experience.
