A Sr. Embedded Software Engineer with automotive Embedded software development experience is needed to play a key role in development for one of our clients. This is a very stable and rapidly growing company, well known for their innovative solutions for the development of Embedded systems. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the AUTOSAR projects including Workflow, BSW generation, design, implement and testing of BSW modules etc. If you have at least 5 years of automotive Embedded software development experience and a strong knowledge of vehicle communication protocols then this position is well suited to you.Responsibilities of the Sr. Embedded Software Engineer - AUTOSAR:
• Provide support in AUTOSAR Workflow and BSW generation
• Port basic software to other micro controllers
• Design implement and test AUTOSAR -BSW modules
• Work on acceptance testing of third part supplied software modules
• On-site training and consulting for the customers
Qualifications of the Sr. Embedded Software Engineer - AUTOSAR:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering. Electrical or Software Engineering is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive Embedded software development.
• A basic knowledge of AUTOSAR is required, at a minimum.
• Good knowledge of C, low level Microcontroller programming, and of Real Time software development.
• Strong knowledge of in vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, CAN-FD, LIN and automotive Ethernet.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics.
