Task:* Develop new functionalities for the DSP (Data Science Platform)
* Evaluate new technologies in the field of cloud computing, distributed computing, data engineering, and data science
* Resolve incidents and change requests
* Support and interact with data scientists and data engineers within the Company Group (Insurance)
* Write user guides, announcements, blog posts, and best practices
Requirements (Must have):
* Experience with Linux
* Virtualization (virtual machines & Docker) & Cluster Manager (preferable Hashicorp toolstack)
* Deployment and configuration automation (Ansible)
* Experience in the deployment and the operation of containerized databases in a production environment (e.g. PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Neo4J, Cassandra)
* Experience in the deployment and the operation of an event-based architecture in a production environment (using e.g. Kafka)
* Continuous integration, deployment, and delivery
* DevOps mindset (you build it, you run it; taking responsibility for your work)
* Team player open to work in an agile environment
* Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
