Drupal 8 Full Stack Developer
Your role
As part of our Digital Business team you will be engaged in various client-facing roles ranging from
developer to technical lead and solution consultant. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality
delivery of innovative Drupal 8 solutions built by our global delivery teams in various locations.
Location: Berlin
Key responsibilities:
? Capture requirements and define technical architectures for web sites and solutions built on
Drupal
? Develop Drupal components, templates, back-end modules and integrations
? Communicate solution elements clearly to development teams as well as client stakeholders
? As a senior developer, you would lead hands-on development by solving complex challenges and
creating examples for others to follow
? Write technical user stories, solution concepts and technical design documents
? Participate in agile execution
? Improve continuous integration, DevOps, rapid site development and help adherence to code
quality guidelines
? Take ownership for troubleshooting, improving and enhancing systems
? Act as a development lead and mentor to junior colleagues
Your profile:
? Track record as Drupal 8 developer, with proven references and Drupal community credentials
? Experience with Aquia Cloud Site Factory highly recommended
? Full stack approach for web development, especially towards DevOps (Gitlab, Drush, Acquia BLT)
? Hands on experience is required on HTML, TWIG, CSS, PHP, JS, MySQL, Apache, Varnish and
other open source web technologies
? Familiarity with agile and classic software development processes ranging from Scrum to
Waterfall
? Excellent German and English written and verbal communication skills
? Interest in working in a global delivery environment with development teams in near- and
offshore
? Degree in Computer Science or a comparable subject
EU or UK passport is must
