Wir suchen für einen unserer Kunden in Luxemburg eine Unterstützung im 1st and 2nd Level für das System OBS.Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit einer Festanstellung.
Nachstehend finden Sie die Anforderungen:
- analyze, categorize and resolve application related incidents
– perform production interventions, data corrections, data uploads and ad-hoc queries
– define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
– maintain a knowledge database & support user acceptance tests
– ensure release implementation support.
Your team
You’ll be working as IT Functional Application Support in the Knowledge Management team in Luxembourg.
We are responsible for 1st and 2nd level application support, Incident and Problem Management as well as Software Component Management.
Your experience and skills
You have:
– minimum 3 years professional experience in banking industry
– a natural ability to solve complex issues
– deep banking and custody know-how, Online Banking System (OBS) know-how is a real advantage
– strong analytical, problem-solving skills
– the ability to work in a team as well as independently and under pressure
– a good SQL knowledge is a must
