Projekt 1:
Tasks:
- Setup test environment and preparation of all related connections
(e.g. HV cabling, coolant hoses)
- Preparation of Test Automation
- Requirement analysis
- Failure analysis Hardware and Software
- Reporting to internal and external team
- Interface function to customers, to the intern development department
and sub-suppliers
- Responsibility for maintenance
Goals:
- Fulfilling all related tasks until SOP
- After SOP maintenance and support
Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Vector Systems
- CANoe
- Experience in Powerline
- Experience in HV Systems especially for Hardware for Automotive
on-board chargers
- AC/DC and DC/DC Chargers
- EFK for HV Systems
- Technically talented
- National instruments PXI Systems
Projekt 2:
HW-Analysis-Engineer HV (High Voltage):
- located in Ottobrunn or Munich area
Skills
- Automotive Powertrain E/E
- Battery Electric Vehicle / Hybrid Electric Vehicle
- High Voltage AC/DC Charging
- High Voltage DCDC Converter
- analogue and digital HW
- HW analysis
- EFK Training
- knowledge and understanding of actual HV technology
Tasks
- Analysis of defect Charger and DCDC-Converter Devices
- repair and test of defect devices
- technical coordination with system engineering, development- and test
departments in several countries
- understanding of complex technical context as a base for quick and successful
analysis, defect finding and repair
- reporting of repair results and creation of repair documentation, Handover-
Meetings
- End of Line-Testing as precondition for redelivery and ensuring the
HV-safety of repaired devices
