Responsibilities:
Coordination SUR1-3
System Planning: Check Ordering and Partner assignments System Planning
Hardware/Services Ordering: Prescreen, push, tack and report ordering
MW Parameters & DCN: track and push for TOC Potential Links and send regular list
Hardware Supply: Identify links which needed
o Project reporting: As is Project Data Report (Waterfall Diagram), Project plan update
Meetings:
Regular telefonica project meetings
Regular project meetings Abel.
Interface with
Telefonica’s implementation & planning coordinators, client’s partners, client’s project managers and area coordinators, Backoffice and 3rd parties.
Reporting to internal Project Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Director
Qualifications:
Resource's hands-on experience required in
Telefonica IT-tools administration (Netside, APT, DIGIS)
Knowledge Telefonica o2 Germany processes and planning guidelines
Proven working experience in Telecom industry, preferable with deployment experience
University degree in telecommunication or similar
Proactive working attitude
Coordination capability, self confidence
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office Word, PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of MS Office Excel, basic programming vlookup, etc
.
