Responsibilities:
Lead or support key ITMS solution/product development (i.e. IT Infrastructure Management, Cloud DC Management, etc.)
Cover major service R&D activities (i.e. charter, roadmap, specification, scope/WBS, process/SOP, etc).
Support pre-sales solution (SOW/SLA, solution proposal & clarification, Due Diligence, contracting) for global key projects.
Support finance team to develop ITMS project business cases and related tools.
Support key projects delivery Transition & Transformation.
Participate in delivery platform & tools evaluation, selection, development, and rollout.
Provide training to junior and regional staff to improve their competencies.
Other related ad-hoc tasks by management on demand.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
10+ years of direct experience in IT/Cloud Managed Services domain,
Subject Matter Expert for service solution/product development, pre-sales solution development, ITIL/DevOps related process/SOP, Transition & Transformation, IT security, etc.
Based in Shenzhen, global travel on demand
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
