Responsibilities:
? Manage subcontractors’ tasks.
? Monitor subcontractors performance regarding documentation of plan dates and execution of tasks.
? Perform regular meetings with subcontractors on weekly basis to agree on work plans for the upcoming weeks and review past performance.
? Monitor the execution of planned tasks of the subcontractor on a daily bases.
? Regular reportings to client and management of the project progress status.
? Obtain the necessary documents for the implementation of projects.
? Ensure proper implementation of security procedures with the H&S coordinator.
Skills:
? Minimum 3 years of Huawei Power equipment experience;
? Experience of site solution for radio sites;
? Advantage if any Huawei project TL experience.
