For our client we are looking for a Project Manager rollout services (m/f)Key Tasks:
Regional Project Manager leads and manages the subproject organisation in order to get the pro-ject initiation, preparation, execution and closing done according to project processes and princip-les.
RPM is responsible in own responsibility area for
• Executing the subproject according to agreed scope and contractual commitment against project budget
• Responsibility for preparing, planning, executing and closing the sub project level
• Day-to-day operative project (roll-out) planning with Rollout Management tool (ISite), monitoring and reporting, i.e. project (roll-out) schedules, progress and resources
• Ensure implementation of Delivery Packages and site acceptance (CSA)
• Plan and communicate accurate rollout demand figures for project demand planning (equipments & resources)
• Ensure that all project (roll-out) targets are met e.g. progress, quality and cost by using global tools, interfaces and standard site process milestones
• Lead and monitor the sub project including partner/subcontractors
RPM is responsible in own responsibility area for following areas to be able to execute the above mentioned tasks professionally:
Scope Management:
• Monitor scope
• Implement change control process and handle claim management
• Ensure Customer acceptance for network sites
Cost Management:
• Responsibility for the project cost in own responsibility area. Costs include services and HW products, service costs and local materials.
• Project costs are tracked as budgeted costs, committed costs, actual costs and forecasted costs
Quality Management:
• Monitoring and controlling quality (for way of working and site quality)
Resource Management:
• Planning of partner resources within the project
• Organise and lead the partner work according to rollout
Communication Management:
• Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication within the project teams
• Reporting of key performance indicators for PM
• Providing regular forecasts and progress reports for PM
• Site folders for sites and other needed documentation to be transferred to teamspace
• Completing the hand over and needed documents
Risk Management:
• Identify and analyse risks
• Plan and implement risk response actions and define contingency actions.
• Monitor and control risks continuously and maintain contingency plan
Procurement Management:
• Project level roll-out volume forecasting for partners/ material suppliers
• Accept partner invoices according to limits and authorization
• Monitor project Work-In-Progress inventory levels and inventory accuracy including drop off points
Deliverables/ performance measures:
• Project work-in-progress and accrued receivables
• On-time delivery of Delivery Packages to customer (site acceptance accuracy)
• Telecom implementation lead times
• Customer satisfaction
• Demand planning accuracy for project/subproject
Education and Work Experience:
• M.Sc. / B.Sc. in technical or economical fields.
• Experience in project management in the area of telecommunications
