Requirements
Develop, plan and execute sales strategy on e-commerce partner and key offline partners in Germany
Develop, plan and execute branding and marketing strategy in Germany
Responsible for sales KPI and marketing KPI for Honor in Germany
Manage and lead the team in Germany
Establish a long term strategy in the German market

Qualifications
10+ years in sales and marketing within consumer business in Germany
Fluent German and English languages
Creative, good at concept development, deep understanding of local consumer business market
Good visual evaluation capability, deep understanding of consumer behavior and interaction
Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross department coordination capability
Social and emotional intelligence to be able to work within a challenging environment of intercultural
Flexible for 15% travel, within Germany
