Senior Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (m/w)Area of responsibility
- Development and execution of automated tests for our web applications (single page app)
- Establishment and Maintenance of the Testenvironment
- Adaption of the application to enable automated testing
Required skills
- Successfully completed degree in the field of computer science and 3 years of professional experience as QA engineer / software developer
- Extensive professional experience in automated testing of JavaScript applications and with test processes in general
- Hands on experience with environments and tools like Selenium, Karma, LoadRunner, JUnit, JMeter
- Several years experience with methodologies and tools to create and execute test plans for manual and automated tests
- Profound knowledge of JavaScript
- Sound knowledge and experience with HTML5, CSS3, JSON und AJAX
- Hands on experience with bugtracking systems like Jira or Bugzilla as well as SCM systems like Git, Mercurial oder Subversion
- Solid knowledge of English
Desirable knowledge
- Experience in development of web applications
- hands on experience in debugging of web applications
- Java know-how
