Beschreibung:Support SMO / ADM to update IT documentation and develop a Roadmap to implement processes for documentation updates by defining update cycles and principles
Description:
- Requirements analysis for To-Be documentation process and tools (aligned with ITIL Release Management)
- As-is analysis of existing documentation structure and content
- Gap analysis
- Design proposal for future documentation process and solution
- Development of a Roadmap for entire documentation package project
- Design a phased implementation approach
- Update current documentation in English and work with System owners on updating information
- Apply quality assurance process (ITIL Release Management) to ensure future correctness and completeness of documentation
- Check and validate Server-ID's, IPs, TUs, FW rules, access rights, privileges
Milestones:
- Roadmap and proposal how to update and keep documentation recent
- ITIL process(es) updated to cover any changes applied to the IT landscape within documentation
- Up-to-date operations handbooks for application landscape
- Up-to-date application architecture charts for application landscape

Additional skills:
Propose a pragmatic standardized tool solution based on customers toolset (ideally Web based solution with hyperlink and full text search capabilities)
Currently used tools are:
- MS Word - advanced
- MS PowerPoint - advanced
- MS Visio - advanced
