For our Client we are searching for a Project Engineer E/E Arichitecture Heavy Duty (m/f).Your Responsibilities:
Definition E/E-Architecture concept for one of the following domains:
o Cabin interior (Dashboard & HMI, Instrument panel, Display, several camera’s, operational elements, interior lighting, Head-up display)
o Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (Object Detection, Lane change assist / blind spot detection, Turn Assist, Stop & Go (incl. AEBS), LDWS, Active steering, autonomous driving)
o Connectivity & security (Entry & Start, Connectivity (incl. smartphone operation), Digital tachograph, Aerials , In-vehicle data and communication security, Off-board communication security, Road map data integration)
o Power & ground / Driveline electrification (Power & ground (cabin & frame), Battery technology, Hybrid technologies, Master switch, Engine start-stop, Driveline electrification, Smart Power Distribution Unit)
Handling of software development (workload, lead times processes, tools), including e.g. ‘App’ development
Development and creation of Vehicle Specification Book
Define project content and required functionalities on domain level
Concept definition(s)
Evaluation technical feasibility per concept, incl. packaging & E/E architecture
Cost estimates (piece price, expense) & internal effort for both HW and SW development
Cost reduction measures identification from existing to new platform
Your skills:
Diploma/Master in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics engineering or similar
Relevant experience (>1 years) in Electronic HD applications
Good knowledge in vehicle electronics and In Vehicle Network, i.e. control unit communication
Experienced in specifying, integrating and application of vehicle management functionalities
Experienced in the usage of J1939 and other HD-specific norms and standards
Experienced with E/E- und SW-topics on complete vehicle Level
Experienced in using IBM Rhapsody
Experienced with Supplier Management
Ability to work independent and in a team
High level of flexibility, commitment and resilience ability to work under pressure
Fluent English written and spoken (German and Dutch preferable)
Good knowledge and handling of IT systems like MS-Office
