- Issue analysis, bug fixing, unit test, support of all test phases - Documentation, Release Notes, Operating Manual
- Technical advice on all questions on Siebel 8.1.x
- Siebel CRM Technical Expert ability:
- Certification in Siebel 8.0 and applied experience in Siebel version 8.1 and Siebel UI.
- Fluent German and English language skills are required for this role.

- Siebel UCM Functionality Survivorship and UCM Cross-Referencing
- Administrative skills for UCM
- Pervasive JMS/Siebel Connector and Web skills
- Proven Siebel UCM Data mapping expertise
- expertise in Siebel data migration via staging tables.
- expertise in the creation of Data Cleansing - concepts - experience in Siebel OpenUI
- Profound expertise in SQL and EIM
