I currently have 6 new positions open for Project Coordinators to work for a Telecommunications company who are a market leader in their respective field. 3 months initial contract. Rates are very competitive. Location is Munich, Germany. Candidates must be fluent English and German speakers
Key Experience:
We are looking for a strong Project Coordinator with excellent project management, planning and scheduling experience and the ability to keep things moving along according to the milestones/plans.
Candidates need understanding of transmission/OSN
Mobile telecoms background is absolutely essential
Key Duties:
Preparation of proposal to realize Telefonica sites - either LTE expansion or the Consolidation (swap existing equipment + RF adaptation) of existing Telefonica Network and previous ePlus Network
Interactively work with customer and the client's suppliers (GU) and approved service providers (ASP)
Check and approve orders from GU and ASP services.
Coordinate planning phase and ensure that Design meets Telefonica's standards and all legal requirements
Work interactive with acceptance and quality responsibilities
Fulfill the expected reporting/database update in Netsite/Digis (Telefonica environment) and Daylight (ePlus Environment).
Reporting actual status in Netsite Digis and Daylight.
Conduct Site inspections and attend construction meetings
Create relevant protocols order necessary design engineering Inc. statics,
Monitoring of detailed engineering and subcontract,
Receiving construction permission according to customer BNetzA
Coordination of installation time frame, approving of certificates of performance, etc.
Training the local staff of GU and other related tasks upon request
Skills required includes Civil work experience in the telecoms sector, ideally as construction engineer or electrical engineer with working knowledge of construction and installation ( infrastructure of Telco site)
