We are urgently recruiting for a Developer/Designer (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) to join a Multinational institution located in Bonn/Germany (Cologne area). This will initially be a three months contract, with strong possibility of extension.
Tasks
- Work with business users to elicit requirements
- Analyse, design and develop solution architectures based on Dynamics CRM
- Configure and develop functionality to meet business requirements using Dynamics CRM
- Implement pilot for Dynamics 2015 migration, particularly social media capabilities
- Debug and test solutions
- Document developed solutions
- Work with the development team to integrate with the other core elements of the secretariat's Collaboration Platform (Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, K2)
- Development, configuration and documentation of various Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities
Deliverables
- Delivery to the client's satisfaction CRM functions which are part of their IS suite, along with documentation of requirements, deliverables and test plans
- Data import and management from Legacy systems
- Initial infrastructure and pilot capability in Dynamics 2015
Mandatory knowledge/Experience/Training
- Excellent and demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including design, configuration, custom development and integration with other tools of the Microsoft stack (Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 design, workflow and configuration
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
- Experience developing software solutions in Microsoft .NET
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5 and/or CSS3
- Experience with 3rd party workflow engines (eg K2) preferred
- Experience with RDBMS (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)
- Knowledge of Web Service technologies
- Excellent command of English.
- Demonstrated experience in system architecture, software analysis and design, and Datamodelling.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing test plans.
