TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden, ein international namhaftes Unternehmen aus dem Rhein-Main-Gebiet suchen wir nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, spätestens 01.10.2015 zwei erfahrene Softwaretester für Software Quality Assurance Support (m/w). Die Arbeit findet im internationalen Umfeld / internationalem Team statt.
Aufgaben:
* Compile, via dedicated workshops, the current information about TSS S/W development and maintenance activities in order for the Contractor to generate a proposed S/W Quality Model (based on SQUALE or equivalent) which shall be agreed by the client. The model shall allow tailoring for the different S/W applications based on their S/W quality characteristics.
* Based on the derived S/W quality model (see above), design, install, configure and maintain a system (based on SonarQube or equivalent) for extracting quality metrics and indicators, and generate reports about the S/W Quality. The system shall include all necessary plugins and tools to support the SW quality analysis of the main languages used in TSS S/W developments/applications (i.e.: C/C++, Java & FORTRAN). A virtual machine will be provided by EUMETSAT for hosting the
system.
* Define a general testing strategy for the system being able to extract testing quality metrics from the TSS S/W developments and applications.
* Evaluate and propose a tool (or a set of tools) for checking S/W with a special focus on licensing issues (e.g.: contamination due to use of GPL licenses), preferable to be integrated within the system described in task 2. If any commercial licences are required for the proposed plugins and tools, these will be procured by the client via a separate contract/purchase order.
* Support in the definition of possible manual metrics, not directly derived from source code, to better characterise the analysed code and to be included in the system. A small effort (max. 5 person-days) is expected for this task.
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
The work shall be performed by a dedicated team (ideally one to two Key Persons) with
experience and capability to fulfil the assigned tasks, in terms of:
* System Engineering and S/W Development disciplines
* S/W Quality and SQALE model, or similar model proposed for this SoW
* SonarQube and its different plugins, or similar tool proposed for this SoW
* Static code analysis for different languages
* Versioning systems, especially SVN and GIT
* Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, Deployment and Delivery
* Documentation of S/W applications
* MS Office tools for documentation purposes (e.g. MS Word)
* The Key Persons shall have a university degree and good computing skills. Familiarity with other SW Quality metrication tools and plugins will be an advantage.
* All software shall be produced with the constraint that English is the common working language. This implies the use of English in human-computer interfaces, error messages, source code comments, and software library, procedure, and data naming conventions.
