For our client in the telecommunication industry we are looking for a Intranet Product Manager (with strong SharePoint experience)

Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (+ extension, roll-over contracts)
Location: Düsseldorf/Ratingen Germany
Volume: 40 hours/week
Language: English

Project Background:
For our client we are currently looking for a Intranet Product Manager that has experience on SharePoint. Due to heavy workload, the project management team needs external support. The product manager needs to have a technical understanding of telecommunication products as well as business background to understand the processes.

Tasks:
- Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management of the Global Intranet and
some related capabilities (eg search, analytics, ) integrated into the Collaboration Services and Portfolio
- Gather the business requirements and analyse market trends, develop the product
roadmap to deliver the clients next generation Intranet in line with the identified business requirements and the clients Digital Workplace strategy
- Define the service governance, accompany the product launch and adoption, analyse
user behaviour to define impact on next releases
- Monitor and measure acceptance and adoption of the product by defining appropriate
quality KPIs
- Proactively deliver improvement strategies, opportunities, risks, cost efficiency
proposals, functionality simplification/consolidation strategies for the products under responsibility.

Skills and Experience:
- Min 5 year experience in Digital Product Management/service design in a large,
multifunctional, multinational enterprises, with focus on Intranets
- Strong Experience in business analysis and User experience design methodologies
- Knowledge of end-to end Software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in delivering in software delivery methodologies (for eg Agile Scrum)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, paired with attention to detail
required to correlate business needs and product requirements in consultation with technical teams including vendors
- Able to work in multitasking mode
- Ability to interpret/isolate needs and/or identify untapped opportunities
- Time Management
- Organizational skills and meeting skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)

Must have:
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint 2013
- Good knowledge of Office 365
- Deep Project/Product Management experience with telecommunication products
- Sound understanding of device and telecommunication terminology and technology
- Experience with Collaboration services, Networking, Intranet
- In depth knowledge of the enterprise content management, portal, social
collaboration market trends and related products in the market
- Experience to deliver successfully in large scale corporate companies
