CA Service Desk
We are hiring a German speaking resource with CA Service Desk skill set.
Location: Germany
Rate: Euros 500/day.
Duration: 3 months
Required:
At-least 5 Years of Implementation experience in CA Service Desk Manager/Unicenter Service Desk
Strong Knowledge in SPEL, HTMPL, JavaScript/HTML/CSS/AJAX, XML, SOAP, JSON
Strong Knowledge in CA Service Desk APIs and Sound knowledge in CA SDM Web services
Knowledge of ITIL service management processes; ITIL Foundation certified
Strong Communication & interpersonal skills
Good to have understanding in PERL, PHP, JAVA
