For our client in the industry in Hessen we are currently seeking for a Interimmanager in the IP-Management field (m/w) starting .
Your tasks:
- liaise with Product Management, R&D, Application Engineering, Business
Development/Strategy, Legal and other various internal functions and external agencies
- form appropriate Intellectual Property strategies
- ensure the current IP is protected on a long term base and the business can be operated and grown in a legal
defensible and secure manner
- work with a team of multi-disciplinary scientists and engineers within new product development, innovation and product
management of an organization
- actively monitoring 3rd party patent strategies, take actions in case of patent
infringements and overcome potential IP-hurdles or market IP-constraints
Your profile:
- working for at least 10 years in an international IP-, R&D- or technical product management role in a global industrial company
- gained broad professional experience of more than 5 years in the field of technical and legal researches, incl. patent literature, patent databases
- possess experience in chemical-physical measurement and analysis methods, in technical roadmap-development and -assessment as well as in handling all matters related to property rights and trademark laws (Procedures, processes, legal requirements)
- good knowledge of the technical background of solar cell and module manufacturing and related materials and of the solar
market across the whole value-chain is beneficial
- ability to quickly grasp, understand and convey complex matters clearly and understandable and work independently
- high affinity towards judicial questions and activities as well as excellent written and oral communication skills in both German and English
