Ideally the candidate would:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be proficient in speaking/writing English
- Have 3-5 years SAP Training Development experience
- Have experience using uPerform Training Tools for (Training Development/eLearning/Simulation/Virtual Conference Training)
- Have 3-5 years SAP Training Delivery experience
- Have 2-3 years experience as a Team Lead (Leading a team of a minimum of 3)
- Have 3-5 years experience in SAP with 2-3 years experience in at least one of the following areas SAP ( SRM/CRM/FICO/Procurement) with exposure to 1 or more of the areas (desirable)
- Excellent client relationship building skills
