We are currently looking for an IT Expert who has in depth experience in dealing with EVO incident tickets to start ASAP for 4 months ++.The ideal candidate should have the following skillset and experience:
• Scope
o Identify trends in EVO incident tickets with Priority 3 on operational level (BAU)
- Summarize, document and trace into Problem tickets of the same Priority
o Document and track those problem tickets while working along with other partners
Resolution, preventive measure and respective closure within next 60 days
(KPI: end to end below 90 days per ticket)
• Deliverables
o Detailed analysis of completed or closed related incidents
(Period Jan to June 2015)
o Prepare status reports on the above milestones on a
weekly basis
o Update current status presentation
o Track results against forecasted achievements
Number of P3 incidents decrease by 20% within comparable period
