Our client based in Düsseldorf is currently looking for a Technical 3D Consultant to join their team for an exciting project offering progression and long term development project.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: end of 2015 (with long term extension)
Location: Düsseldorf/with worldwide travelling
Language: English or German
Volume: 100 percent
You will be the first line support for our client's partners. Tasks include installing and configuring 3D Scanners, diagnosing faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face-to-face.
You will need to keep a clear head and resolve the issue (directly or indirectly) as presented.
Your technical support is vital to the ongoing operational efficiency of the client reporting the issue.
Job Tasks
- Timely response to client help-desk problems, working with customers/employees to identify problems and advising on the solution
- Client Installations and Configurations eg on Trade fairs
- Maintaining and enhancing the Knowledge Base
- Working with other team members to visit customers/employees
- Troubleshooting and fixing problems
Skills Required
- Having experience as a Technician in Photography, Camera or Film
- A professional and methodical handling with PCs
- An ability to explain complex information to technical as well as business side
- Strong communication skills with employees and clients
- Ability to deal with difficult callers and stay calm under pressure
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
- Time management and being able to priortize
Must have:
- Driving licence B
- Willingness to travel worldwide
Nice to have:
- Technical 3D Application background
- Experience in logistics & international Transport
