IT Customer Support Engineer
We and our global client are currently sourcing energetic & motivated Customer Support Engineers to join a multicultural environment located in Munich. The ideal candidate will be reporting directly into the Database Specialist department, speaking English is a MUST and German is desirable. more information available on request.
Main Responsibilities:
Extract data from existing reports using automatization
o Data collection must run for none experts easy and efficient
Create custom reports using VBA, Excel, MS Project and Powerpoint
o Must be able to create reports based on customer demands
o Reporting to be fully automized
o Presentation creation with daily weekly and monthly update routines
Analyze data for correctness and inconsistencies
o Report in defined intervals on data in the various sources
o Assuring data is compiled and checked for deltas
Represent data in various graphical views including geo-coding
All reports created with minimal input and guidance from superiors
Requirements:
General requirements:
o Excellent numerical and graphical representation skills
o General IT skills
o Outstanding MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) o VBA Programming
o SQL + OLEDB + ODBC
o Analytical Skills
o Presentation development
o Geocoding
o Project planning and scheduling
Experience
o Broad knowledge about telecommunication project management being
o Able to understand the requirements management and team members may have regarding clear and efficient reporting
o Must have worked in the field of reporting and database management in telecommunication for at least 10 years in multiple projects and locations
Language
o English must, German advantageous
