Wanted: Senior Software Engineer

We are searching for a senior software engineer for our client an international astronomical observatory!
Must have:
Experience and sufficient expertise (minimum of 3 years) in developing astronomical data reduction applications in ISO C99
Knowledge of the Scripting language Python and optionally of Perl
Sufficient expertise with SVN, GNU autotools, unit and regression testing
Sufficient knowledge and be familiar with the Linux environment, with the continuous integration tool Jenkins, and with packaging for installation of systems such as RPM and MacPorts
Must have sufficient expertise of image and signal processing methods, as well as statistical handling of scientific data
Excellent command of the English language
Desirable:
Knowledge of writing data reduction recipes based on CPL and experience with the client's Reflex environment.
Knowledge of astronomical data reduction methods and observational techniques.
Experience with virtualization such as virtual machines, VMWare, VirtualBox, or vagrant is an asset
