Service Implementation Consultant/Clearing/CCP
A global financial organisation seek an experienced Service Implementation Consultant/Clearing/CCP to join their fast paced, dynamic team in Eschborn, working on bleeding edge technology. The company provide central counterparty (CCP) services for the securities lending market.
The client's lending CCP Service Implementation takes care of coordination for introduction of the new releases and liaises with all departments and project teams involved. A Service Implementation Consultant/Clearing/CCP is required for the successful launch of future releases and service extensions in a seamless manner.
The responsibilities of the Service Implementation Consultant/Clearing/CCP team cover the full range of activities for launching new releases starting with the project schedule for rollout over the coordination with all other involved departments and end with the completion of the production introduction. The Service Implementation team is also responsible for organizing the management decision making for production introduction and supports organization of the production introduction weekends.
Task and responsibilities for the Service Implementation Consultant/Clearing/CCP:
*Organisation, execution and documentation of meetings with all impacted line organisations
*Create and agree transition/migration plan with involved parties
*Creation of documents related to the simulation and production introduction, eg Data Setup Approach, Migration Approach, Introduction & Fallback Plan etc
*Manage cross project dependencies and their impact on Securities Lending
*Co-ordination of all involved internal departments
*Reporting for different recipients
*Maintain close relationship management with the involved stakeholders
*Organise/track activities of departments and project teams for rollout of new releases
*Elaboration/consolidation/tracking of activity lists for impacted line/project organisations
*Track and escalate issues posing a risk for the production introduction
*Track and support solution of technical and functional issues
*Coordinate/communicate delivery schedule for software versions in simulation/production
Skills and experience for the Service Implementation Consultant/Clearing/CCP:
*2+ years experience in projects involving software transition/software rollout
*Show ability for detailed planning and execution of a software transition
*Excellent co-ordination and communication skills
*Show a structured working method, show analytical and problem-solving capabilities
*General functional knowledge of securities settlement
*Business proficiency in German and English in speaking and writing
*Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
*MS Office, esp. Excel, Powerpoint
*Fluent English in written and spoken
Optional skills for the Service Implementation Consultant/Clearing/CCP:
*General Central Counter Party and Securities Lending knowledge is an advantage
