Service Owner - Dusseldorf, Germany
My client - a globally recognised company - are looking for an experienced Service Owner for an initial 3 month contract based in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Your Key accountability will be to deliver SLA compliant and cost efficient service by sustaining and continuously enhancing the specific service agreement signed off at Go Live. The role is active in BAU phases of our services life cycle.
It is essential that you have the following skills/experience;
- REHL (Linux), Apache/OHS, WebLogic Application Servers, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle DB
- Extensive Major Incident Management or Crisis management experience (4 years+)
- Strong knowledge and experience of IT Service Operations (4 years+)
- Proven ability to manage high performing offshore team to deliver through others
- Excellent technical skills in Web & Middleware technology, resilient service set-ups and good knowledge of Operation Systems and Networks Fundamentals.
- ITIL v3 Foundation and Service Ops or equivalent Service Management certification
- Excellent English Knowledge (spoke and written)
