Key tasks and responsibilities
- Take responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, through information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change.
- Lead business requirements and process work streams to support project deliverables.
- Apply and monitor the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards, giving special consideration to business perspectives.
- Identify stakeholders, their business needs and build trusted relationships
- Ensure successful implementation of IT systems, by shaping involvement with user testing and ensuring that users are adequately trained.
- Work with colleagues and users to investigate and document business functions, processes, and information flows and data structures, using various methodical and consistent techniques
- Prepare and facilitate user meetings and presents issues and solutions orally and visually
- Highly experienced Business Analyst with strong all round experience (as is, to be, process map, testing, analysis, products)
- Clinical domain knowledge a must
- Should have worked with clinical trial products before and aware of 21 CFR part 11.
- Should have extensive experience with Agile development/environment
- Good communication skills a must
