Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from the finance sector we are currently looking for an IT Support Manager (f/m). The position includes the following tasks: leading and support of small and medium initiatives within Infrastructure and Operations, coordination of the initiatives between the involved teams, compilation of requirements, prepare documentation and reporting of the initiatives, analysis, design and modelling of IT operating processes, coordination of the timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of documentation and presentations for the management decisions. Required skills: university degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration or comparable education, sound problem solving, supervisory and analytical skills, distinctive competencies in communications, team work, and presentation, work independently, fast perception and high learning willingness, good proficiency and understanding of IT and business administration context, dedication, poise, flexibility, proficiency in MS office applications and finally excellent command of written and spoken English and German, paired with strong communication skills. Project start: as soon as possible. Project duration: 6 months (with an option of extension). Assignment location: Rhine/main area and Luxembourg.
