Business Analyst - Identity And Access Management
Job Introduction
The Business Analyst will play a key role in the successful implementation of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. They will partner with the business owners and IS&T application managers to ensure that business needs are analyzed and translated into effective Business Roles and Technical Roles within the IAM solution.
Main Responsibilities
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinates across Business Partners and Information Technology Application Groups to define Business Roles and Technical Roles and assists in integrating these requirements into IAM the solution. Establishes and analyzes identities, roles and access assignment - Develops and maintains RBAC. Designs, and analyzes Security Administration processes/workflows, recommends ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness and helps implement the solutions. Configures, analyses, and maintains IAM tool ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness of the tool. Recommends, analyzes and supports integration of additional systems/applications to IAM. This includes connector/collector configurations Defines requirements, and analyzes all data feeds to ensure that IAM is receiving accurate and timely data from target systems and other data sources Recommends best approach for Entitlement, Transfer reviews and Orphans reviews and implements solutions and workflows for the reviews Recommends best approach for automated provisioning and implements solutions and workflows Documentation for procedures and workflows including flow diagrams Troubleshoots IAM issues related to the tool configuration or the data itselfThe Ideal Candidate
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Expertise with Microsoft tools, eg Word, Excel, Access and Visio
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience designing and integrating IAM solutions, preferably Aveksa
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or performing analytical functions
- Proven experience in management, operations or administration experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience working with Identity and Access Management tools (Aveksa)
- Project Coordination and/or Project Management experience
